• By Subscriber: Subscribers may terminate their service by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date.
• By Provider: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice for violations of these terms, non-payment, or any activity that harms our network or other users.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

8. Limitation of Liability
